The Time is Near

If you are an avid reader of this blog you know that about 14 months ago I asked my sweetie to marry me. She said yes which didn't surprise me because, ah duh, I am such a hunk!!!!! The past year and a half has passed more rapidly than I could have imagined and the day fast approaches that we are to wed. One day away to be exact. Rehersal dinner was tonight and the wedding is Saturday. If you want more on the events check out Southernsinfulbliss.com. Its my sweeties blog. The Man-Child Cake

Here is a picture of the boys cake for his 12th birthday. Its a guitar!!!! The boy really likes the guitar and his favorite guitarist of all time is Angus Young(ACDC). Constructed of cake frosting hershey bars and tic tics, it is truely awesome! We will be taking it to Wings with us tonight so I am sure we will get many looks.
Special thanks to LucyJades's Bakery and Cafe in Sommerville Al. for doing the cake. They did a great job. I also here that they did the Grooms cake as well. Can't wait to eat, uh I mean see that one too.

In General

General thing that are going on:
1. I am getting married in a week to the greatest woman on the earth!
2. Tonight is one of the kiddies celebrated birthday night, wings and paintball!!!
3. The weather in turning to fall, finally!
4. Time out as a form of dicipline dosen't seem to be working as of yet.Time spent in each time has gone from 11 minutes to 31 minutes. How far can in go!!!
5. Georgia plays LSU this weekend, I hope I get to watch some of it.
6. Still love listening to Colin Cowherd on ESPN Radio when I can. He love college football as much, even more than I do.
7. Revived a freindship with an old buddy. It was too long!!!

This is how I feel about a certain mail and package carrier right now!
I will not go into details but it just harps on the irresponsibility that is rampant within many companies and among many people that work for them. Its always someone else at fault. Why can't people just do the right thing and be responsible for their actions.

The Beatnik Frogs of the Patio

We have a few new members to the backyard bunch! These are the beatnik frogs of the patio! They play nightly at our abode. They are especially good on cool nights when Herman is lighting the sky protecting us from the backwoods creatures. More on Herman later. Later dudes!

They say that positions in life is everything!! Who can argue with this little guy. He seems to have it made!!!!

Save the Antelope

Everyone now days seems to have a cause. Whether it be saving the frogs in Cullman County Alabama to stopping cat juggling in South America. But I have come up with a nobler cause. We must save the antelope before it is to late! One can only imagine the anarchy if the antelope were not free to roam the earth. We must stop those dastardly cheetahs from preying one the poor antelope. Please join the cause and help stop the madness.
